Simple Habit Tracker

This is a super simple, easy to use, habit tracker.  List out the habits you want to start, or stop, and mark off a circle for each day you complete your goal.  They say it takes 30 days to form a new habit.  This tracker allows you to look 1 week at a time.  The notes section at the bottom gives you space to write any thoughts, successes, or trials you’ve encountered for the week.

This digital download can be printed on either regular paper or polyester composite like the Rocketbook pages. Either way, you will be able to use the Rocketbook app to scan and upload this page.
