Warm and Cozy Lavender Vanilla Milk
Perfect for a cool fall or winter evening, this warm milk with vanilla, lavender, and a hint of cinnamon will leave you calm, cozy and wanting more.

- 1.5 cup whole milk
- 2 tsp lavender syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
pour 1.5 cups of milk into a large microwavable mug. make sure the mug is no more than 2/3 full.
microwave for 2 1/2-3 minutes until it starts foaming
carefully remove from microwave and add remaining ingredients, stirring to incorporate
If the cinnamon isn't incorporating as you would like, you can use a hand blender to help emulsify it.
