Yes, you read that right!  Warm Milk with Lavender and Vanilla!

I was recently introduced to Lavender Syrup while staying at the STANLEY HOTEL IN ESTES PARK, COLORADO for their annual Shining Ball.  So after a late night and (what seemed like) an early morning check out, we stopped by the coffee shop on the bottom floor of the hotel for a quick cup of joe.  But what struck me were the unusual and unique line of syrups they offered.  In large, beautiful letters on the menu was a concoction of  White Chocolate Lavender Mocha coffee.

My interest was piqued, to say the least.

I mean, who doesn’t love lavender, but in coffee?  I had to try it.  Would it be tart?  Would it be too sweet?  It tastes just as lavender smells, fragrant, earthy, and aromatic.  And after my first sip, I was hooked.  I hadn’t even finished my cup and I was figuring out where I could purchase some for my home.  I had a bottle ordered before I even got up from the table!  Here’s a link to save you some time!

Aside from using it in my coffee, I have been trying to figure out where else the lavender syrup can be incorporated.  And tonight I hit the jackpot.  If you love warm milk at night, you are going to absolutely love this easy recipe!  It’s perfect for these cool fall nights when you want something warm and cozy.  And since it’s only the beginning of November, and I’m already pumpkin’d out, this is a good way to change it up!

So without further adieu, here is my cozy Warm and Cozy Lavender Vanilla Milk.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.  Please let me know if you like it!
